  • I will keep an eye out for the next one I guess.
  • Would love to join if you end up with room. Goal: 20 lbs
  • Yes that is how the levels work. I would start on Level 1, and if it's not challenging at all, then move to Level 2. I was in pretty good shape when I started, and I still found Level 1 to be challenging. I love the 30DS do Level 3 now and then as a part of my workout rotation.
  • Mine is open and I eat 1200 and exercise a lot and eat most calories back. I eat pretty healthy, so feel free to add me. I have recipes too.
  • Its a great way to get in shape, arms, shoulders, core, legs, butt... all over great workout and only takes about 25 minutes to do. Highly recommend it. I do it right before summer when I have to put on a bathing suit. Only costs about $10 at Target. I have pics but not sure how to post them, sorry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
  • YES! I have a HRM and burn 140 calories MORE than it gives me as Circuit Training in MFP. I guess it's according to your weight and how hard you are attacking the workout?
  • I use Nature's Plus Spiru-Tein (Spirutein) Gold - Vanilla. It's Chia, Rice and Pea protein. Delicious!
  • Agave nectar contains NO H.F.C.S. whatsoever.
  • AGREE... Agave Nectar is another one I use for baking and coffee.
  • I like Xylitol, and it sounds like a chemical but it is natural and has 40% fewer calories than sugar yet tastes exactly like sugar, no weird aftertaste like Stevia, Slenda, etc. I use it in coffee and to bake with, but I use it in small amounts. Here is more info. Pure xylitol is a white crystalline substance that looks…
  • I agree that you should eat back most of the exercise calories. I am also on 1200 calories per day, but I also exercise about 800 calories, and have a hard time eating it back. I eat super healthy, and no carbs after 4:00, fruits only in the morning except for apple which I eat in the afternoon. No dairy, no red meat, no…
  • My nutritionist/personal trainer says if you occasionally eat a small amount of dark chocolate before 10 am, you won't gain weight. She's a nutritionist so doesn't recommend any other types of chocolate or sweets. Dark Chocolate covered almonds are my fav!
  • On day 3 of Level 2. This is my third time doing it. The first time I lost 12 pounds and 24 inches total. Felt amazing! I felt that when I finished the Shred, I had a hard time maintaining the strength and toning. So, I do it about 3 times a week, on level 2, during the in between times. It really works and a great, quick…
  • That's what I do too.. circuit training for 25 minutes.
  • 30 Day Shred is Jillian Michael's DVD of complete pain! LOL It has 3 levels that are 10 days each, and she tells you to do it EVERYDAY without missing a day to get the best results. Google it, it's a great workout and I lost major inches the first time I did it.
  • I don't think that would be a good idea. I just finished back to back months of the shred and it's hard on your body for sure. I am probably a lot older than you, so you may be able to handle the twice a day.. but I don't think it will be as effective because your body will need the rest in between. I would just take the…
  • I just finished day 30 and I feel amazing! So much stronger, and so much fitter. I would post my before and after pics, but I don't know how. If I figure it out I will. Congrats on Day 1... you will feel better and better every day.
  • You really can tell the difference. Keep up the work... I am on day 23 and also see a difference. After this I am doing Ripped in 30.
  • I agree, I cried listening to them talk at the weigh in. Hannah is amazing she looks like a different person altogether. I love that show, they work so hard and they get results. Inspirational to say the least!
  • This is so great! You must be so proud of yourself... question.. did you eat all of your exercise calories most of the time?
  • I am making this for sure! And some extra for lunch the next day... Thanks for posting!
