    Open - 1200.

    The last week is a bit hokey though as was off with flu.

    Try and steer clear of dairy and gluten, plus try and keep it relatively clean.

    Do exercise and will eat back, but trying to not be precious about it.

    Mine is open and I eat 1200 and exercise a lot and eat most calories back. I eat pretty healthy, so feel free to add me. I have recipes too.

    Feel free to add me - mine is 1290 - I am 133 lbs. 5'5" and I wasn't losing at 1200 - I upped my cals and started losing again:)

    my goal is 1600
    usually eat around 1400

    ^^ same here! Mine changes from day to day since I'm working/taking classes at a college campus, but I'm always up for new ideas and try to fit as many fruits and veggies as possible in!
