I've been eating in moderation and trying to stay at or under my calorie goal using myfitnesspal to log my foods. I would say generally I am eating more meats, veggies, fruits, and drinking way more water then I did. I'm only drinking water at this time and I'm staying away from bread.

Super late, 1:30 am, I've spent all afternoon cooking for the coming week as it's going to be crazy. The choice was shower and sleep or do 30DS and I chose to get though day five successfully :) I didn't sweat as much as yesterday, I had a lot of pain so I know I didn't give it 100% :/ but I shall sweat way more tomorrow!!…

Started out really rough today and then it got a tad bit easier. My biggest struggle is food. I'm hardcore craving some pizza. How are others coping with cravings??

I did day 2 last night and that moment between where the work out ends and the end stretches begin, you know, right after the bicycle crunches? i couldn't move for like a minute I was just laying there, feeling SO tired. I could definitely feel the workout doing it's job when I woke up this morning. Goodness, so sore but…

Completed day one a few hours ago and I'm as out of shape as I thought T-T maybe more.. But, we shall get through this! Can't wait to see those results at the end of this month, despite the dumb bell squats >.< My arms just turn to noodles!

Hi there! My name is Victoria. I'm a 19 year old full time college student studying Engineering here in my home state of Texas ^-^ I've always been quite heavy and I just kind of accepted it but after nearly finishing my first year in college I've reached a level of fat that is intolerable even to me. I just feel so tired…
