Strength train try doing a workout with light weights. But remember muscle is heavier than fat so don't keep your eye on the scale to much. I use Jillian Michaels's for an example. Hope this helps.

It should be fine only 10 calories and its mostly water. Although I still drink water separately from crystal light just to make sure I am getting all my 8 cups of H2o plus whatever else from crystal light.

I prefer to workout at night because I try to limit my calories during the day and usually eat a high protein dinner. And also my workout buddy usually isn't available til about 10 pm =) I'm assuming as long as you workout your still gonna see results no matter what time, I would think that working out would be beneficial…

I had to diet for 6 months with regular exercise in order to see results. Your defiantly building muscle which is heavier than fat which is a good thing. Muscle is heavier than fat so your probably building muscle with the strength training. It also depends on your body everyone is different and loses in different amounts. Id say stay positive look at the good side your endurance is probably stronger than ever, you can probably run way longer than when you originally…
