Banana Mug Cake

I made it this morning for breakfast, and I added 2 oz of Fage as another person suggested; it was very good and moist. I topped with 1 oz of fresh raspberries and Ready Whip. My husband's version had crushed pecans halves for crunchiness.
I think that next time I will add the raspberries or maybe blueberries before cooking. By the way, I nuked mine for two minutes, maybe the power in my microwave is higher. Just be careful because it is very hot when you take it out.
This is the nutritional information for my recipe (no pecans); all ingredients by weight: Calories: 291; Carbs: 20; Sodium: 178; Protein: 33; Fat: 9; Fiber:3

Just tried this - I added a bit of almond milk, used nutmeg instead of cinnamon and omitted the stevia (I think it gets enough sweetness from the powder and banana). I also added a few drops of some caramel flavouring I have for baking, which gave it a banoffi vibe. Pretty tasty, and a more solid alternative to my protein shake. I found 2 mins at 600 w was enough.0

Made this for todays breakfast. Was ok. Bit scary looking, flaky type thing. But it was good with peanut butter on top. Could have used something to make it more moist.
I also used the whole banana0 -

OP - I-LOVE-YOU!!:flowerforyou:
This is amazing - only took half of 3 minutes for me...maybe my mug was too small but it was lovely - had mine with cashew butter and was like the perfect breakfast!
baltimorebroa...: I think the nutritional info is based on a few things like how big the banana you use and the type of protein powder. I created it as a new recipe and this is my nutritional for it:
Calories: 232
Carbs: 18g
Fat: 7g
Protein: 26g
One I'll have to remember for my over-ripe bananas
Mine
Calories= 171
Protein= 26
Carbs= 20
Fat= 0
Fiber= 2
To lower calories..I use will use egg substitute & Gnc Wheybolic Protein powder- 1 scoop. Just put it into my recipe builder! Thank You! Can't wait to try it!!:flowerforyou:0 -
