    Tried it today! Seriously delicious - be aware that you need to make it in a BIG mug, or a bowl! I made it to the T, with the exception that I used a whole banana and added 1/4 cup of almond milk (it seemed REALLY dry when I was done mixing it).

    The flavor is incredible, but I feel like it would benefit from having some butter added ;) so I think the next time I make this I'll melt a tbsp of butter in the mug before I whisk the egg. I don't mind the extra calories one bit!

    I used this as my post-workout protein "smoothie" with the protein powder in it. Great idea, and thank you so much for posting it!

    I tried with 30g of Greek yogurt to make it moister... it worked! Delicious with some jelly on top too..

    Did you put the yogurt before or after cooking?
