About 7 lbs. Probably going to get shot down for saying this but every now and then I do the 3 day diet and I loose around 5 lbs in the first 2 days, can never fully stick to day 3. I always keep the weight of even when I start eating normally after.

Dont forget how many calories heavier people actually burn. Even just those a few stone heavier than you... Imagine running with 30lbs of weights strapped to you!

I have one and I LOVE it! Not sure exactly what you want to know but I love accurately being able to track how much I will loose however I track my food with Myfitnesspal and just transfer the calorie total over as the database is not nearly as comprehensive as MFP. I also have terrible cellulite to the point where it gets painful! Try drinking plenty of water, load of fresh fruit and veg, as little tea/coffee/alcohol as possible.
