Haha I'm 5ft 2 and a half, the half is very important!! Add me :)

I agree! Cucumber was very overpowering when I mixed it with lemon the other day!
-
That's not a fruit infusing idea.

Oh wow! I'm going to try all of these! Never thought to put cinnamon in the water!

Make your own so you know exactly what it is that's going in the shake! I reckon a drink coming from a cafe has more calories in it than you think it has!

I've got the same goal! Added you

Me too!!

If I'm hungry, I normally try drinking a glass of water first. If I'm hungry after that, I'll have a little snack but I make sure my snack keeps me within my calorie goal. Maybe try spreading your calorie goals into more meals in a day? So like having 5 smaller meals rather than 3 main meals?

Today I had scrambled eggs on toast. It was the best breakfast I made all week! Hahaha :) I tend to wake up, go to the gym and come home and have "breakfast" at 10/11am because by then I'm starving and I get to appreciate my food more than if I were to force it down my throat at 8/9am when I first wake up!

Makes sense! My sister said the same thing, I just wanted to know if everyone else thought the same or different! I probably won't eat back all my calories just incase what I've logged in is an overestimation but I like the idea of eating about half back! :) I'll give it a go tomorrow and see what happens from then on!…

I have a polar HR monitor that I wear each time I exercise and that's what I put down in my MFP app when I log in my calories!
-
Thank you :) I think I'll try aiming at eating half of what I burn from the gym next time!!
-
I'm so up for this!! SW: 156 CW: 150 GW: 145 Ultimate goal weight: 125 See you in 2 days :)
-
Thank you :) I'm really good at exercise as I play sports regularly. It's just the eating now! Which is why I'm back on MFP!

I'm 21, 5"2 and currently weighing 150lbs! Looking to lose around 14lbs! :) Add me!

I eat 3 times a day, my sister eats 5 times a day and we've both lost weight! It's not about how often you eat in the day, it's about how much you eat in a day! If eating 5 times a day helps you then carry on. At the end of the day, you know your own body better than anyone else!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! If anything, you should eat the least at dinner (but obviously no one does that haha) If you eat in the morning, it kick starts your metabolic rate and therefore helps you burn more calories throughout the day! :)

Okay, your thinking processes are completely wrong for starters (unless I'm just interpreting it wrong) Your body needs about 1400 calories for you to just sit down in a relaxed position doing absolutely nothing. But your body also needs those calories and the nutrients that come with it for your body to repair and protect…

Walking is good if you walk for a prolonged period of time 20-30mins+ and at quite a moderate-fast pace! (Uses fat as fuel rather than carbohydrate) (I do a sports degree haha)

I aim for 200-300 calories for breakfast and that gets me through my morning, my 1 hour morning work out all the way up to lunch :) Protein like eggs are great and make you feel full for longer! Oats is also great!

I'm 5"2, 150lbs and 31.5" waist! It's not about how heavy you are (as I'm trying to convince myself as muscle weighs more than fat) Take your body measurements and concentrate on losing them rather than body mass

I haven't read anyone's replies but I'm pretty sure they would have written something along the lines as what I'm about to say 1000 calories max is not enough. Just for your body to function everyday requires around 1400calories give or take (depending on your body weight etc.) The absolute minimum you should be eating is…

If you're looking to exercise 1/2 at a time, you need to do this 5 times a week as that is the minimum requirement of activity recommended for an adult (I do a sports degree) If not, just increase your current exercise to 1 hour :) Combination of strength and cardio is a great choice! Try doing interval training on the…
