I thought this to be the case at first too. I started wearing my HRM when I went on the walks and found out that they were pretty darn close! Only about 5 calories plus or minus for difference.

Tuna Cakes are pretty good, I have tried a few different recipes and have subbed the miracle whip for non-fat greek yogurt for added protein. I am looking at trying a open faced tuna melt that I just seen also. Chicken has a lot of protein. Also seen a chicken fried rice recipe I wanted to try to. Also in for more ideas…

I'm 5'3", my calves are 15". They have always been on the bigger side. I don't like that Some jeans are tight in the calves and I can't really find boots that fit them, but on the other hand my legs in general are pretty darn strong! Not to worried about it.

I would suggest this ^^^^ Baby wipes, deodorant. I walk on my lunch break through the greenhouses and I can get pretty sweaty depending on the weather.

I did the same thing, running start to get on bed and then to get off I would jump as far away from the bed as possible! Also if you swallowed watermelon seeds one would grow in your belly.

I would suggest dropping some cardio and adding in a few sessions of lifting. It will help to tone and you will not lose any more muscle. Try reading new rules of lifting for women or searching other forums strength/lifting. There are many on here.

I do both cardio and strength. I am currently reading the book NROLFW. it has a lot of info! I walk a mile everyday at work and every other day have started lifting weights at home. Hopefully once it warms up I can start taking the dog out for walks again. My goal weight is between 125-130, will see how I feel about it…
