Hey! I'm 23, and I take care of my nieces full time one is 7 with autism and the other is 10 with a lot of sass lol I know it's not the same as trying to lose the baby weight but I have a very busy day everyday, and I understand the frustrations that come with it.. I still got 100+ pounds to loose feel free to add me!

I pretty much use them all lol.. I melt some and pour it over stemmed veggies, I also use the garlic one to make my own garlic bread.. I sometimes use them as a "cream cheese" purée some strawberries and mix it together and put it on fruit wraps and bagels. I always use the light one of that helps.

My doctor actually told me that for my BMI I should be eating 1600, but for for maximum weight loss I should probably go to 1500-1400. So that's what I did. And I agree I'm gonna break out my scale!

I know what your saying. Just trying to give an idea how I log.. Also I have always had problem with food I go from wanting to eat everything to not wanting to eat at all. I know I don't get enough protein. I was thinking protein shakes maybe but I have NOO idea to go about picking the right one for me.

When I log I log eveything I eat but there is a lot of days I go with out loging in any food. I don't always log in my workouts.

Very true! This time I truly do not want to stop! I will open my diary.. I don't track every single day on here but my fitness journal at home.

I'm getting a lot of people talking about the food.. Maybe that's what it is, I'm going to try and change up my food intake!

I do insanity in the morning, and usually do a light 45 minute work out in my basement area that I made into my little gym, so that's my treadmill, elliptical rower and weights and once a week I go swimming.

Yeah, it kinda makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong.. But I guess that's true just never thought it would happen with 100 pounds to lose.

I meant vs just counting calories. I was reading something that said when your still trying to lose a lot of weight should count calories. I know 100 calories is a 100 calories but if you count macros you could have the same amount of protein fat and carbs and it be a different amount of calories.
