Hey all, I'm looking for a But of help and maybe some information..
I've lost 80 pounds but I still got a lot to lose in my legs. now after weight loss have cellulite and I'm afraid that I'm going to have extra skin if I keep losing weight, is there anything I can do to help?
I realize that extra may happen due to the amount of weight loss but is there anything I can do to help prevent it, and maybe tone up my legs and get rid of the cellulite at the same time? Thanks!

Weight lifting to maintain as much muscle in your legs as possible will minimize loose skin.0

Toning = Combination of building muscle and losing fat. Losing fat will reduce your overall size, and building muscle builds the healthy shape. As you progress through both, your definition comes out and look better and better.
Keep on lifting, keep on eating a caloric deficit. Be sure to do leg workouts like squats, barbell hip thrusts / glute bridges, lunges, etc.
If you aren't on a program, I'd highly recommend the Strong Curves program- it's an excellent program designed for women and their butts (with other general lifting / fitness involved).0 -
Thanks! I will check it out!0
