Iv always been a binge eater and it's 100% tied into my emotions! Been going threw a lot the last few months and Iv been fine! So I always has my fitbit on, my sister has the aria scale and I don't normally use it but I used it once a month or two ago.. And when I set my fitbit to MFP it added the old weight and now it won't let me change my right weight untell I use the aria scale again? Do anyone know how to get the aria scale off MFP?

Hey everyone, I'm converting my basement into a personal gym and I was wondering what are some good equipment pieces I should have? I have a treadmill, elliptical, heavy wight bag, bike, weights, rower and a ball I was thinking maybe I should get a roman chair? Also any workout you can recommend on the equipment?
