Need help with a certain area!

Hey eveyone. Iv lost some amount of weight but I'm having problems with my lower tummy and my upper back.i can't seem to loose much in those areas. I was wondering if any has any suggestions or good work out ideas that could help me!

    Those areas often lag behind the others, and there's nothing you can do to change that. For an explanation, Google "spot reduction myth". Just keep losing weight and those areas will eventually shrink. For strength training, follow a standard full-body routine. Do you have access to a gym?

    Yeah I go to the gym Monday-Friday I also have a little home gym
