I was just wondering if the 21 day Tommy book was worth buying? Iv been hearing about it a lot on dr.oz and the doctors and some other shows and I was thinking it would be good if it's not just a gimmick.

I would think not, if your in to fad diets try it out but if you really want to pounds to stay off just stick to good healthy foods and work out.
Here is some negative reviews:

There is also a few good reviews but I always like to look at the negatives first.0 -

It's based off of this: http://www.cleanprogram.com/media/files/gut-sample-meal-plan.pdf
Basically it removes all common intestinal irritants, which usually reduces bloating. The name is misleading, because it doesn't target belly fat.
Now you don't need to spend your money on it.

I'm not trying to getting into fad diets just realizing I'm not eating as healthy as I thought0 -

How about you try to get 80% of your food from whole sources (meat, fruit, vegetables) and then fit whatever you want into the 20%. Means you eat healthy and get treats. It's a great way to stay on track.0 -
