Harsh back pain?

Hey so the last few days I been doing an extra work out it's usally turbo jam and my back always hurts after that but I haven't done it In a while this morning when I woke up it's like I can't move at all I take sharp pains in my back just walking, even when I lift my 1L bottle of water. Do anyone know what it is ( possible pulled mussle ect) and what I can do to relief some of the pain?
I should also say that it's in the middle of my back. And add that I also woke up with a very sore throat and dry cough witch could be adding to the pain.

Back pain can sometimes be a sign of pneumonia or bronchitis. Since you also have a sore throat and cough, I'd see a doctor if it doesn't clear up soon.0
