Sharp pain in my back!

Hey so the last few days I been doing an extra work out it's usally turbo jam and my back always hurts after that but I haven't done it In a while this morning when I woke up it's like I can't move at all I take sharp pains in my back just walking, even when I lift my 1L bottle of water. Do anyone know what it is ( possible pulled mussle ect) and what I can do to relief some of the pain?
I should also say that it's in the middle of my back. And add that I also woke up with a very sore throat and dry cough witch could be adding to the pain.

Be very careful with back injuries. If the pain persists or painkillers are not dulling the pain enough then book yourself into the Drs.
Look up back stretches on the internet and make sure that you warm up and cool down for your workouts.0 -
You have probably been over training if you are doing more than one workout per day. you most likely strained a muscle but it could be as bad as a herniated disc. Just rest up for a few days and see if the pain persists and just keep diet on point until you can get back at it0
