Hey everyone, I'm converting my basement into a personal gym and I was wondering what are some good equipment pieces I should have?
I have a treadmill, elliptical, heavy wight bag, bike, weights, rower and a ball

I was thinking maybe I should get a roman chair?

Also any workout you can recommend on the equipment?

    A bench.
    A power rack.
  • I'm envious of what you've all ready got to start! As a former boxer, I'm especially thrilled to see another woman with a heavy bag!
Try to add some weighted gloves and a heavy jump rope.

Never underestimate the power of free weights and a cushy yoga mat.

And of course... one needs some tunes to keep things peppy!

Get a Power Rack this is a great versatile piece of equipment and if you get a good bench to go with it, you can do just about everything you need to do.
