  • Not disputing this, but I read the reviews, saw it as a good kick start to beat the plateau and will stop if there are any adverse effects. Already know of a few people, personally, who have tried it and are in the same situation I am - close to the ideal goal weight, but just need a little push to meet it. I will be…
  • No but I do - that's the problem ;).
  • I've just completed day one! Ill let you know how I get on - my start weight is 126 Ibs so doubt ill lose the 14 Ib they claim but hoping to lose the 5Ib I put on since January. Am only doing as a kick start not a lifestyle change and will be upping exercise once the 7 days is done to maintain and return to healthy eating…
  • Thanks for that advice - I wasn't sure if it would work as my problem was not quite the same, but now having ceased banging my head against a brick wall all my headaches have stopped! :)

  • gnoccola - I'm not sure - they had to go back in after my first emergency c as I had an internal bleed on the back of the uterus - happy days! I know they made a right mess :( Bikini days are def. behind me - but would love my flat tummy back!
  • I have two horizontal and one vertical from belly button to other c section scars and I find I cannot do sit ups at all! I have about a 2 inch gap where the muscles should meet and a lopsided rib cage - wow ... that paints a pretty picture eh! My muscles are totally shot but are getting better by doing the 30 Day Shred -…
  • Amazing difference! You look fantastic and nothing to be nervous about! Kids photo's on the wall are gorgeous too :flowerforyou:
  • You're super brave!
  • Definately! Love the grained bread - the danish is a bit like chewing cardboard
  • ) Scone is pronounced so it rhyms with s'gone - as in if you put that delicious morsel in front on me its s'gone! I think we should start a thread called "who's right? American vs English" we could discuss the cultural differences in language with subjects such as - scone/biscuit, chips/fries, *kitten*/cigarette ...…
  • Hi H! I'm the same height and weighed in at the same weight when I joined MFP (after losing a shed load of weight before and needing help with the last two stone!) If you want to add me as a friend then please do - I have an open diary - I just ask that you dont judge me on the amount of junk I eat :blushing: ) I'm also…

  • L1D9 completed - only one more day to go and then onto Level 2 ... really looking forward to it! I did cheat and did measurements yesterday - and no change from when I started  So its unlikely I'll lose inches in the next day - but I'm hoping I've lost from somewhere I've not measured (my ears???). I will NOT be…
  • Well done for sticking with it! I felt like skipping the other day due to kids acting up and work committments but it really is worth giving yourself a kick in the *kitten* and getting it done! I've done L1D8 this morning and am feeling it - looking forward to Level 2 and being stretched a bit more! and getting away from…
  • Added! Welcome to MFP and good luck :flowerforyou:
  • lol! The worse thing is Evie does and doesn't even get out of breath! Puts me to shame and my youngest kind of bops along and laughs .... not very motivating
  • L1D7 done with a raging headache a three and one year old telling me how easy it is! Definately feeling it more with the heavier weights!
  • L1D6 completed and I upped my weight to 5lb which did make me work harder - but I'm not sure I'm doing the abs workouts right as I'm not aching after ... any advice would be appreciated ! :flowerforyou:
  • L1D5 completed. Really not in the mood to do this today - had a really bad eating day yesterday and have been feeling rotten this morning but powered through it and now just want to go back to bed. No chance with a three and 1 year old :ohwell:
  • Wow! You look fantastic, well done!
  • L1D4 all done - thought this was supposed to get easier? Really feeling it during the jump ropes but not suffering afterwards - think I might up my weights to get a better arm workout. Anyone doing the levels back to back - or is it wise to stick to the 10 day for each level rule?
  • L1D3 done - next! :)
  • Level 1, Day 2 in the bag - a little achey at first but ok! Started feeling it on the butt kicks but ended feeling very bouncy! Not suffering too much, but have decided to stay on level 1 for the full 10 days as the push ups are really killing me!
  • Day 1, Level 1 in the bag - feel ok but reckon I'll be paying for it tomorrow! Taken all my measurements but decided to stop weighing in until I've completed the 30 day shred as I think if I see any weight gain I may become discouraged and I'm committed to seeing it through to the end! Good luck everyone ;)
  • Dvd arrived today and I will be starting tomorrow - hope I'm not too late to join in!
