Training and work have consumed my life. I finished with 131.32 miles in August. I completed my first 23 mile run EVER. My marathon is Sept 21st.

My running has been soooo crazy this month! I've been able to get two 16+ mile runs and a 14 mile run in the three weekends of August. I have an 18-20 mile this week. My marathon is in a month...eeekk. I don't have time to break down my whole month but MTD: 79.11. Sorry I'm so sporatic with checking in!
