Late Jan check in!! It was so hectic! I was only able to get 6 miles in the last week. Soo close to my goal. I'm struggling finding a balance between work and running. It sucks.

1/15: 4 miles 1/18: 1.3 mile run 7.25 miles on the elliptical 1/19: 4 miles MTD: 36.85

1/9: 9.5 on the elliptical 1/10: 5 miles 1/12: 1.3 miles (in my North Face snow boots and calf deep snow) My plan today wasn't to go far at all. Just wanted to get some miles :) MTD: 20.3

Only 4.5 miles this week. The air quality has been HORRIBLE! I only ran yesterday because I needed to clear my head. I'm going to hit the elliptical this week until the air clears up. MTD: 4.5

12/31: 3.5 Finished the month with: 51.85!! Planning my first race to be May 11! :)

12/29: 5.6 12/30: 3.5 (was supposed to be 4.5 but the air quality SUCKS) MTD: 48.45 I hope to get out tomorrow to make my goal. Depends on the air. With no storm in sight it just gets worse each day.....

Can I be put down for 50 again?? I'm hoping that my work schedule is finally set. If so, I will get my butt up early a few days a week to get some miles and then run on weekends. Thanks!

The last week of November was killer!!! Due to sickness and work I didn't get my 50 :(. So frustrated.

Thanksgiving is a US holiday. At least the Thanksgiving happening tomorrow.

My half is opposite of this. It will be a "gradual" decline from 5800 feet to 4400 feet over 13.1 miles....
