AMEN!! I am 6 foot, 60 pounds over weight, stay under 1500 most days, and eat pretty much anything and do not lose ANY weight. If I am careful not to eat more than 60 carbs and not too much fat, I lose weight. If I don't sleep, I gain weight! I think the principal is good, but our bodies react in different ways.…

From what I understand, hemp has many other benefits other than the high, totally balanced protein content. I have been taking hemp seed, hemp protein and hemp milk and my health has improved drastically. Good stuff!!!

I like Almond milk.... I LOVE HEMP SEED MILK!! My goodness, so creamy & nutty tasting and crazy good for you. I buy it when it is on sale, so it goes for the same price as the Almond milk. I do not miss cow's milk anymore!
