I love dried fruit! I buy it in a big bag then when I get home I divide the bag into 1/4c. portions in little containers. Then, it's easy to grab when I'm in a rush.

I've been hesitant to try quinoa - I don't really like hot couscous or grains - but this sounds delicious. Similar to a cold tabbouleh salad. I think I will try this this week, thanks for the idea!
