hellooooooo,

so I'm sitting here thinking I need to put together a list of snack ideas so I won't go searching and end getting something I have no business therefore I'm wondering if you guys could help me out??? I'm looking for easy, simple snack, that I could feel content with and maybe something portable when on-the-go

I love dried fruit! I buy it in a big bag then when I get home I divide the bag into 1/4c. portions in little containers. Then, it's easy to grab when I'm in a rush.

My go-to snacks lately have been Quaker chewy granola bars (the ones that say 25% less sugar only have 100 calories), almonds (especially Emerald cocoa roasted dark chocolate flavor), dannon light & fit yogurt (only 80 calories), and I always have a VitaBrownie at the end of the day (they taste like chocolate cake, but are only 100 calories).

My go-tos (I keep to 200 cals and under):

    Bag of popcorn
1/4 cantaloupe and a Fiber One brownie
    Protein shake
cup of grapes and 20 almonds
    2 clementines and 20 almonds
    string cheese and pretzels
    low-fat yogurt
protein bar (I especially like the Luna bars)
    apple slices with peanut butter

I keep my snacking simple as I try and put things together on Sunday:
    cottage cheese with frozen blueberries
hard boiled egg and sliced strawberries
    pistachios and raisins
    sliced cucumbers with cherry tomatoes
plain greek yogurt and frozen raspberries
    Fiber One bar
Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

    bump :)

+1 for the Blue Diamond Almonds. Tasty and I actually stop eating after a little bit. I think some snacks work for some and not for others. For example, popcorn throws me into a binge fest.

Sometimes I just measure out breakfast cereals in sandwich baggies and munch on it without milk. Helps me stay away from chips, etc....but yet gives a crunchy replacement!
