Everyday is a new day,,,...we cant change what happened in the past. Move forward and keep looking forward and your eye on the end results....not how you messed up last week, or even the last meal you ate that you cheated on. Congrats on taking the steps to get you "back" to being healthy! :smile:

my BMR based on my activity is 2400.... so I suppose I could increase my calorie intake a bit. Also, increase water! I know I lack in this area big time! Thanks for the info!

sorry.... havent been real consistent w/ my diary.
