I'm 5'7 and weigh 140 right now. My goal is probably 135ish but since I'm going to be doing a fitness competition it's 128.

Stretching before you workout is frowned upon because it is bad to stretch "cold" muscles. The best thing I've practiced/have been told is to do a 5-10 minute warmup and then stretch.. then perform your workout and follow that with another stretching session.

My personal opinion is to space out your meals (like you're doing) and focus on meeting the nutritional goals that you have (cals, carbs, fat, protein, etc). I feel the exact same way after I workout with my trainer. Your cooldown is good but make sure you stretch really well and stretch throughout the next few days following the workout. Also, look into buying a "Foam Roller". It's not expensive and is an excellent tool for working out the lactic acid buildup you will get and…

you could always incorporate little workouts in your cleaning! like.. do lunges instead of walking as you vacuum, squat every time you put something in the dishwasher, calf raises when you are folding something or ironing.. be creative! If youre breaking a sweat and have that heart rate elevated then thats always great!
