yup--like asking how do i look in this dress (there is only one right answer).
-
good thing you logged that 3 calorie piece of gum
-
it is easy to eat like that for a week but to eat like that (day-in day-out) is more difficult that it seems.
-
day-in day-out eating that much food is challenging. Ice cream should be your friend
-
probably also means that because of its density that 1 pound of fat takes up more space than 1 pound of muscle.
-
you can sit on the couch all day and still lose weight (or maintain or gain)-- eat at a calorie deficit to continue losing weight. That being said, bodyweight exercises are fun and always available to you.
-
it is almost impossible to out-exercise a bad diet (once you have hit your maintenance calories for the day)-- it is so easy to eat 500 calories (and takes quite a bit of exercise to burn it off). Of course, you can eat anything you want staying within your calorie goals and still hit your targets (whether it be weight…

yup!

Unless you are 2 feet tall and weigh 50 pounds, 1400 calories a day won't build any muscle.
-
Nothing wrong with measuring yourself everyday-- i do this and take the weekly average and then use 3-4 weeks of data to make decisions. The only thing with daily weighing is that it messes with your head !
-
Yup! I would wager that without exception, people claiming to eat "so little" and not losing weight are not accurately tracking their food (I know i wasn't).
-
Never tried it on rice (will have to try)-- tastes awesome on potatoes too!
-
Peanut butter is not full of sugar-- the stuff i buy (Kraft) has 80 calories a TBSP of which 9 calories are sugar (hardly a lot).
-
I thought i was the only one.
-
Not even close!

A pint is just a yummy appetizer. I'm buying 2 litres (~ 4 pints) of ice-cream goodness this morning which will not last the day! Ice Cream -- the best bulking food ever.
-
I like my ice-cream to be hard-- ticks me off when it is soft
-
As long as she is training progressively, bodyweight exercises work just fine
-
1300 a day would make me sad too
-
over 1000 grams of carbs-- yum!
-
Really-- 1680 seems like a little (even if you just sit on the couch all day). However, track for a few weeks and let results dictate where you go.
-
This is why i workout at home
-
depends on daily calorie allotment. i'm currently eating 3500/ day -- that would be one hell of a meal!
-
what's the issue with sugar-- it's yummy!
-
to lose 12 pounds of fat in 7 days requires a 6,000 calorie a day deficit- that is not 12 pounds of fat lost. the fat lost is due to the lowered caloric intake from " cleansing". Save your money, eat less than your body needs and voila you lose fat!
-
and no fun!
-
If not for the mustache, would not have recognized those pictures as being the same person-- awesome job! After your goal weight do you have any future goals (e.g. athletic)?
-
no one on 1500 calories a day eats like a king (unless they are eating one meal a day)
-
That is a myth. I love eating just before bed-- the food lulls me to sleep (and i digest just fine, ice-cream and all)/
