Dry mixes did this some time back, example: dry boxed caked mixes reduced the amount in them by a few ounces - can't remember how much, but I remember as I was reading it in the news forum how it would also throw off any recipes that called for a 'box of cake mix'. Didn't change the…
  • It has been 3 1/2 years since I used the e-cig to stop smoking and I smoked for a LONG time! I made of my mind that whatever the symptoms were associated with the withdrawal would be…

  • Will attempt to follow this thread. Got a positive report from my cardiologist last week and was highly encouraged to get the weight OFF! Over 50 is no problem, my issue has been a struggle with overwhelming fatigue. Thyroid meds now adjusted, working on Vit D levels that are not theraputic...but I am going to do my best…
  • probably need to eat dinner, more consistent food intake will help keep your metabolism up- a more efficent 'burning furnace' than the up and down of now I have plenty of fuel, now none- this will also cause your body to hold onto its 'stores' because it doesn't 'trust' that it will have a consistent supply of fuel!
