your accumulated burned calories and minutes of exercise are to the left of the hash mark your goals are to the right. I've never noticed which day it resets but my guess is Monday.

The closer you are to your goal weight, you will need to consume your exercise calories or you will go into starvation mode and not burn fat.

Something I've read that seems to stick w/ me is the more fat you have to lose the less you need to eat back your exercise calories. The closer you get to your goal weight, you will need to consume your exercise calories. I tend to slightly dip into mine.

sounds like you're more into the heavy rock or metal but I downloaded Jango on my android and it has lots of genres and no commercials. My favorite is the Hot Dance Hits selection. All the songs are at least 135 beats per minute. It can be a bit fist bumpy but it's song after song of sweet beats!

Try drinking a glass shortly after waking. I drink mine right after my morning shower then that starts the metabolism going. Try to consciously add drinking at least 4 oz at transition times during your day like mid morning 10 am, before lunch, with each snack, driving home etc.. I sometimes find it easier to consume…

The more weight you have to lose the less exercise calories you need to consume. As you get closer to your goal weight you will need to change things up. Good luck!

The posts I've read indicate that you should not go below 1200 to get adequate nutrition. Regarding eating your exercise calories, I've also read that the more weight you have to lose, the less exercise calories you need to consume because your body does not go into starvation mode until you are very close to your goal…

I'm wondering the same regarding the exercise points. My logic is that the more deficit I have the more calories I've burned counting toward my weekly calories needed to burn 3500= 1lb.
