    I didn't hit the 250 mark:blushing: (and its just about bed time) but here is what I did do (ended up doing loads of core at the gym which stopped 250 from happening!)

    65 crunches
    30 floor wipers
    30 dead bugs
    3 minutes side plank
    1 min stability activites


    Well done to all of you who get 250 crunches it - very impressive :flowerforyou:

    I was so close but I ran out of time got 150 crunches and 50 reverse crunches done and btw I think I ripped some fat doing these. Lol
