Thanks for the advice. I am also taking vitamins doctors advice. As I said, I am being monitored. I plan on increasing my calories as time goes on. My doctor has been pleased that I have dropped from two BP meds to one and will soon be off both.

I agree with not eating back my exercise calories. I consider my exercise a bonus towards my weight loss in addition to my calorie intake.
