Far as I could see, it wasn't about who could lose most, but who could put on the best river of tears. Those guys aced the percentage weight loss. Crappy emotional voting system. Don't think I'll be watching again

Thanks everyone, some food for thought. I think my breakfast, and weekday lunches are the places I can make reductions without affecting the family meals, so I'll give that a try. Just need to invent myself a great low carb breakfast and desk lunch :-)

I saw a recipe on here that made 'pizza' with a protein base by building it on top of thinly flattened out chicken breast. Might work, haven't tried it myself yet, mostly because I've lost the page.

I add the ingredients for sauces as separate recipes, then measure the sauce on to the plate and add the appropriate quantity of the sauce recipe to my meal.
