how many calories burned during the week?

Just counting fitness minutes, how many calories do you burn weekly? Based on my bodymedia I typically burn 3200-4000 cal a week doing zumba, turbo jam, and circuit training (supreme 90). what does your workouts look like...where do you find you get the most bang for your buck :)

    1000-1800 per week (I workout 30 min/day 5 days/week) I sometimes bike to work to so that number may go as high as 2500/week on weeks I bike a few days.

    I average about 5,000-5,500 per week.

    Looks like I average about 3000 a week. Some weeks are lighter (2100) from being sick/traveling/busy. Other weeks are heavier (the highest I saw recently was 4600) because I have more time.

    Well back when I was unemployed I had over 5000 weeks because I ran most days, plus step classes, plus pump classes, plus anything else I could do. Looks like I misspoke about the more recent weeks it was 4100 calories like this:

    Monday Step - 556 Calories
    Tuesday Pump - 293
    Wednesday Pump - 329
    Friday Step & Pump - 877
    Saturday Step - 569
    Sunday Mud Run Interval Training - 495


    Hum, now I feel as though this is a challenge . . . hum

    Great lookin workout...I find myself moving more on my "off" days just to match my high burn days...today 3500...feeling it though very achey :)...I'd luv to do a mud run

    I usually average around 4,000-6,000 a week but with some pretty significant fluctuations. My biggest burners are refereeing soccer and 1.5-2hr bike rides. Two weeks ago I had over 7000 calories burnt from exercise due in large part to refereeing 8 soccer matches over the weekend. It's pretty hard to eat all those exercise calories back ;)
