  • i play roller derby, but i also skate outside as much as possible! i love it! i cant stand running(hurts my knees and ankles) so this lets me get an aweosme outdoor cardio workout!
  • i wouldnt recommend the program because they are a dishonest company. they have been caught red handed using photos(before/afters) of people who worked hard, and lost weight on their own, NOT using the program as proof of their "success on the program". when asked to take the photos down they ignored them. not cool.
  • if you're working out that much you should be eating more, so you will have the calories to burn. you need to fuel all those awesome muscles you are working so hard to build.

  • we have two hour practices and i generally use the generic skating option and just put in 60 minutes. i want to get a HRM or something to accurately track everything, but i haven't had much luck finding something in my price range that isn't a wristwatch :(
  • cinnamon toast crunch and lucky charms are my two favorites. i eat them as a snack instead of a meal, or i mix in with yogurt. most cereals are pretty low in calories as long as you stick to one serving.
