  • I am still obsessed with the scale. I'll weigh myself with shoes, without shoes, after I pee, after I work out. I still get discouraged when it goes up. I think it isn't fair that I will work all week to get 1 pound off and then it goes up 2 pounds after having just half a cup of ice cream. Am I crazy?
  • Right. Because eating better and doing some exercise should be enough. But sometimes it isn't. There are way too many opportunities to have ice cream and brownies and sleep in insted of going to the gym. So this might be nice for accountability and they do all the calorie counting for you, which is nice.
