how long have you been work out anyway? well, if you feel depressed, you should motivate your self like this: I gotta work out a lot to tone up my body, so I don't have to look guys every single time. there will be a lot cute guys notice you :) remember, it's just a long process, don't get discouraged.

Usually I'm exercising with HIIT training by 30/30 intervals. At level 5 and 15 (10-18km/h). Calories burned up to 100 within just 5 mins. I do this for twenty to thirty minutes. Afterall, I wet all my shirt and pants.

I've done this morning, and I'm going to do it again this afternoon ;D @fitmum16 yeah, but if I'm trying to stop thinking "l'll just eat today and I'll start my diet again tomorrow." tomorrow will never ends.
