Tired, cranky, swollen/puffy right eye, going to the gym tonight for some peace and quiet. Finish work an hr early today so that's all good.
Tried on a pair of my jeggings last night and I still have loads of toning on my tummy to do, bit of a muffin top! Disappointed.0 -
All of my clothes are baggy. I feel awesome!0

Finally got to see the movie "The Help". It was amazing and I loved it. Feeling pretty good these days. Even o.k. with getting Older--(yup, the clock just ticked over 12.01 a.m.--so I'm officially another year older).:bigsmile:

Well... weight training last night was not my best effort, I'm trying to increase my bench press stats without success.
I'm working hard on avoiding the twice a week food binges which have been my major fialing for the past few years.
Overall, I feeeel gooooood and wish you all a great weekend.0 -
Glad to hear everyone is having a good today I am busy at work then have the pony to ride this evening then dogs to walk I might even add a little jogging with them who knows

Doing okay so far. Only been up for an hour and need to find something for breakfast and get ready for work. Time for another split shift, blah. Hate that we've gone to them but on the bright side I get four hours off in between so I think that's going to now be "my" time and so with that in mind I think that "my" time will work in exercise which is a big step for me because I haven't done any form of real exercise in a long while.
