There are a ton of website that will create a training guide for you. Just "google" half marathon training. I am currently training for my 2nd one. Its hardwork but a lot of fun. Good Luck!

I know that, haha. It was more so comparing it like glass in your veins if you consume it in excess amounts. Similar to atherosclerosis and the harm that it causes to your veins and body.

I'm not huge but have am a tad blessed in the chest area. My fix: Champion sports bra's- Maximum control & high support style. They are pricey (30+ bucks) but last a good year so it's definitely worth it.

I'm in the same boat! I am shooting to lose 10 to 15 by my bday which is in Feb. I eat a lot of protein and greens! I also do a lot of cardio (maybe doing a half marathon in March) and light strength training (which I hate but know its good for you)! You can do it just stay positive and motivated!

I pigged out soo much. I now know how awful it feels to work so hard to throw it away. I will not be doing it to the extent that I did for and maybe next time I will be more conscience on my choices.
