  • wow we try to offer advice and think we are being judgemental... this makes me wonder why people bother offering advice if people take it the wrong way. it's your life, your diet. you want to screw it up then by all means it is your choice.   • was lazy yesterday recovering from the 8 miles the day before. walked 3 today which brings me to 19 miles i believe.

  • Migraines are hell. I used to get them all the time. Excedrine migraine plus a cold rag and a dark room were sometimes all that would help em. Hope you feel better soon.
  • Today, 3 miles normal walk, bringing me to 11. Probably another 4-6 miles later at the zoo. at least will enjoy it seeing all of the animals and new exhibits.

  • it takes patience. The results will show up if you keep at it. I am going into my fourth week. I have lost 13 pounds, 3 jean sizes and still going strong. Diet and exercise both are the key. Getting healthy once more is a long term life changing effort and worth it.

  • around 7 today for a week total so far of 11. The even better news is i am down another pound. With the workout and under 1500 calorie diet, Some may think it is extreme, but the results are starting to show. Just have to keep at it and not hold back.
