I was bad today. I went fishing for my work out, although I still did about a mile or two walking. Tomorrow we are going to the zoo, so that should make up some of the milage0

Not sure that equates to a bad day, lol, glad you got some down time and enjoyed it!!! We all need those days
Small request folks... If you wouldn't mind when logging please list the total for the day and the combined total at that point for the week. Makes easier to see where everyone else is and easy for people to tell you how awesome your doing!0 -
sunday 6 miles
monday 2 miles plus fishing for 3 hours
So far 8 miles
will see how many tomorrow. Houston zoo is massive.0 -
Sunday - Big fat zero - doing homework all day
Monday - 2.4
Total - 2.40 -
Today, 3 miles normal walk, bringing me to 11. Probably another 4-6 miles later at the zoo. at least will enjoy it seeing all of the animals and new exhibits.0

Monday - nada, came home with a migraine.
Tuesday - 2.8 so far and I still need to walk the dogs!

Migraines are hell. I used to get them all the time. Excedrine migraine plus a cold rag and a dark room were sometimes all that would help em.
