  • ok I ride too. I own a quarter horse that I do barrels on. On the fitness tracker part, click on cardio. then type in riding or horse and it will come up for differnt things. I have figured out hope this helps.if your loping you just double your time for troting and it comes out right.

  • I use them too. I have the same problem. I got running shoes that were high tops and changed the insoles with running orthotics. Also I wear a brace with stays in it. also when I am not running I wear a slip on brace to do other Exercises. I hope this helps. Good luck with your goal.

  • I hope this works for me I just started today. I am way over on calories. I also usually eat more. I thought I was eating well when I started but I guess not. Hope I can make the 1200 calories tomorrow. I hope everyone else can keep up the good work. :)
