I'm a chubby, 18-year-old female and I've been eating pretty badly all my life. Two weeks ago I decided to diet by eating right, counting calories, and buying from healthy grocery stores. I have 42 pounds to lose but so far I'm steadily losing weight, and I like myself better for it. Once I figure out my diet, I'll figure out my exercise.
