MyFitnessPal put me on 1400 cal. Im also 4ft.10... looking to lose 45lbs. lost 8 so far!! Add me when you can.. I eat what I want, its just PORTION control. So we plan the whole days food first, then eat & exercise light, in between. LOTS OF WATER!!!!

Its a normal reaction. I started with cokes 4 per day. went down to 2 per day. 1 per day. 1 every other day, etc... THEN 1 sprite 1 day, coke the next..eventually, I got to Sprite 0!! Its a SLOW process, but you will get there!!

Look on your homepage.. or food page. At the VERY bottom, u can edit calorie intake. The website put me at 1200, changed to 1400 per day. & Ive lost 1 lb already!! Be Blesseed.

Im 42, but 4 ft 10.. 40 lbs. over. 1400 cal per day.. I already lost a lb!! Don't forget your SNACK!! Its very important.
