Hey y'all ... I wanted to add a meal 6 to my daily food log and I can not figure out how to add it. Any help is greatly appreciated

    but there is only a total of 5 meals correct 3 meals and 2 snacks? I was wanting to add a 6th meal I eat 6 times a day ... I can add it to another but I wanted to track when I am eating my most carbs fats etc :smile:

    You can have up to six meals in your diary. Go Settings > Diary Settings and you can add and rename your meals there.

    Thank you so much, I have added the 6th meal and now all is good in my Type A personality world! :)

    they need to allow for more, I would utilize 7 or 8 meals
