  • Today was a good day for me, got a 30 minute walk in and 10 minutes of a tough workout dvd. I'm under my calories with room for a little snack if I need one. It's been a pretty good week, hoping for a strong weekend too.

  • Last week I was on vacation and didn't post but I was able to keep my weight the same. Now back to logging. I have a little bit of a longer goal, I have a wedding in 6 weeks that I'm going to, I want to lose at least 6 pounds and hopefully 10. I'm going to really track calories carefully and hit the workouts hard.
  • Congrats to everyone who met their goals! I didn't get much exercise in so I didn't make my goal. I did decent calorie wise and I lost a little weight but this week I'm going to get my workouts in. My baby is getting her first tooth and is so clingy it's hard to find time to set her down.
  • My goal for the week is exercise again. Last week went better than I expected. If I work out I find that I eat better. After I put out all of that effort I don't want to ruin it all by having a bunch of junk. This week is going to be extremely busy for me so I'm going to try to not eat out and veg when I get home
  • I keep a glass of ice water around all the time in an insulated cup with a straw, I usually get 80-100 ounces in a day. I'm nursing a baby though so I'm thirsty all the time. I also don't keep anything else in the house to drink so I'm not tempted. I do treat myself to diet fountain sodas every now and then, they help curb…
  • I've been able to get a walk in every day so far and at least 10-20 minutes of a DVD. My baby won't let me put her down long enough for much more and evenings when my husband is home gets so busy. But I've done better than I thought I would be able to.
  • This is my first time setting a goal for the week, I want to get plenty of exercise, I hope to go for a walk every day and hopefully do a few video workouts as well.
  • I really struggle with eating healthy foods. So my current plan is to limit my calories and add workouts in, once I get that down I'll work on eating cleaner. I'm also nursing my baby so I need more calories than what it shows for me. I hope everyone had a great day!
