Crap! I missed my first day yesterday on Level 3, so I did Level 1 and 2 and then 3! I thought someone told me Level 3 was easier than 2. I wanted to phone it in today!

Yay! Half Way there! Okay, so I did not do yesterday, my feet and hips were too sore, but I did 2 workouts of 30DS to make up for it! One a day is enough! :-)

Done! It was very difficult for me today! I just did not have the attitude to do it, but I refused to phone it in once I got started. I want to complete the 30 Day Shred of all levels. Missing Level 1, but glad to finish day 2 of Level 2, Day 12 on 30 DS! :wink:

Holy Crap! Finished Day 10 on Level 1. Thought I would go ahead and try Level 2 to see what I am in for! Holy Crap! :-) Loved the calorie burn and the feeling of accomplishment!

Yes, keeping track of your weight and measurements will keep you accountable of what you are doing. Doing it at least once a week is good. Even though the DVD says lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days, I am sure you have to watch your diet as well. My Goal is to complete the 30 day shred and see what it can do for me. However, I…

Depending on how hungry I am, I will do a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich without the sauce and bun and ask for extra tomatoes and lettuce. I use the lettuce as my bun. which is about 165 calories.
