This subject hits close to home for me, being a very social person and going to many functions I found myself wanting to have some drinks. I found that vodka and crystal light wasn't bad on calories and low carb. The way alcohol affects you post surgery is so different then before, I've blacked out after two drinks. You…

I am still having a shake for breakfast and another mid day but am able to tolerate solid proteins as well. I think fish is easiest to digest and I've been finding stuff that I can and…

Haha clap at the hospital was a definitely a "wth let's check this one out" lol....as far as the CPAP they told me to bring mine but insisted the respiratory therapist use their machine and mask, but I declined wearing the CPAP at all since I was dealing with recovery and not sleeping very much as it was.

You look awesome, truly an inspiration!!

The first few hours right out of surgery sucked I'm not gonna lie, walking around was better then any pain meds they'll give you. I went home the next day and felt better each day and was cleared with no restrictions at two weeks. I was scared as hell going into my surgery and I hate being put under but the experience was…

I think that's the reason it's been easy due to the fact I found a shake that I like and I'm getting 90 grams of protein a day. I appreciate your feedback and insight, thank you!
