I made them, very simple ingredients - bread crumbs, lemon juice, tuna, egg, and some seasonings!1 The tuna was pretty wet which means I probably didn't drain good enough so I used more bread crumbs than was necessary but the were each 180 calories!! They were delicious and so easy to make, thank you!

I didn't think of that, I'm not a huge fan of greek yogurt though, but I'm sure the tuna would overpower it anyways, I do like it with guac though.

Wow so many great ideas. I love tuna and I think I could eat it for every meal and never get tired of it, I used to make tuna salad with guac instead of mayo. it was so good. I also like putting it on salad. I need to get more Olive Garden dressing, yum! More ideas welcome!!

Thanks guys. It feels good to know I'm not alone. I did have a piece of cake today at work but I asked for a small piece and I logged it. I was still under calorie goal. I CAN do this!

I make very simple red beans and rice, basically you make the rice then add in a can of red kidney beans, and a can of stewed tomatoes. Then whatever seasoning, but I really like creole. I put it on everything, and it makes the rice taste a lot better.

This was so me! I would go to the gas station multiple times a day and fill up cups of ice. The workers at the gas station even stopped charging me the 25cents because they thought it was funny

I'm on day 2 as well. My husband wears a size 30 pant and eats whatever the hell he wants... =( I"m doing OK. He's being supportive and eating what I cook, he is just getting bigger portions!

I feel like cutting it out completely for me would be bad as I would quickly quit all of the changes that I've already made and quite enjoy, because I miss having cookies or candy. Right.. I'm one of those, once you pop you can't stop. I've been overfilling my body for years and I have just been feeling constantly hungry with trying to lower my portions. So I think I'll give myself something sweet once a day and somehow train myself to stop!
