Sounds to me like you're more concerned about breaking your streak since you know what to do diet-wise. I get that and that's a HARD decision. After losing my mom to cancer, I lost myself to overeating and lack of exercise. Didn't take long to reach the heaviest weight of my life and I HAD to get it off!

I don't know if you're near a farmer's market but it drastically reduced my grocery bill when I started shopping there. Fresh produce is significantly cheaper there.

I'm assuming she was old...old people have no filters. I know it's hard, but try not to let it get to you. Picture how you'll look in 3 months, 6 months, even 12 months from now. Keep up the good work and learn to ignore rude people!!!
