  • I still get hungry but not usually enough to break the plan. I'm doing well for now. Not lost anything for a few weeks but not really doing this to lose. My blood glucose is higher than an average person's but still lower than it's been. Wrestling with dropping the sweetners or switching all the way to stevia. Baby steps.
  • down 10 lbs, beginning week 6. just printed out a ton of recipes from diet dr. my bf has been helping me by eating keto for dinner when we are home together. fathead pizza was great success! Beef n broccoli w riced cauliflower was good too. I think it's gonna work out!
  • just returned from a trip outta town for a concert, did ok but just realized i'd have to re-keto myself today. was proud that I resisted most temptations, tho. eating out can be a challenge for sure.
  • I'm doing good. Went over my carbs last night with bloody mary's but only 58 for the day so not too bad. i'm going on a trip tomorrow so we will see how i do while traveling.

  • Just got back from 10 days at Lark World Music and Dance Camp. I did well keeping to keto WOE. I have lost 5 pounds since beginning three weeks ago. Meeting my goal of a pound a week! Yay!
