  • Yes, I did ensure that all the settings are correct as well as the band was wet and tight. Just find it very odd for the polar to be higher than the treadmill.
  • That is achilles tendonitis, my suggestion since it happened to me...stay away from the treadmill for a couple of weeks and let it pass. You do not want to rupture the tendon, as this requires surgery to resolve.
  • Thanks everyone for the responses, I guess i will continue to rest it and not push too hard. I really would prefer not to deal with surgery.
